I should also point out that whereas within the United States regular (air)
mail may take just one or two days, air mail from Canada to the US can take
as many as one or two weeks under normal circumstances, three if you're exceptionally
unlucky. Surface takes 3-4 weeks. There is a more expensive express post option
which is meant to take three business days, but it is not guaranteed.
Overseas, air mail takes one to two weeks, but surface can take as many
as two months!!! Nevertheless, as the above chart shows, surface mail
is much cheaper.
